How do I create an account?
You can sign up using your email address or Google account. Simply open the app, tap "Register" and follow the prompts. Email verification may be required.
How do I post a property listing?
Navigate to the Properties tab, tap the "+" button, fill in the property details, add photos, and submit. Your listing will be reviewed and published within 24 hours.
How do I list items on the marketplace?
Go to the Marketplace section, tap "Create Listing", add item details and photos, set your price, and publish. Buyers can then message you directly through the app.
Is messaging secure and private?
Yes, all messages are encrypted and private. You can communicate safely with other users without sharing personal contact information until you're ready.
How do I enable push notifications?
When you first open the app, you'll be prompted to allow notifications. You can also enable them later in your device's Settings > Notifications > Sublyst.
Can I edit or delete my listings?
Yes, you can edit or delete your listings anytime. Go to your profile, find your listing, and use the edit or delete options.
How do I report inappropriate content or users?
You can report any listing or user by tapping the "Report" button or contacting our support team. We take safety seriously and will investigate promptly.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please contact our support team at sublyst@gmail.com. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
Why can't I see my location-based listings?
Make sure location services are enabled for Sublyst in your device settings. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Sublyst and select "While Using App" or "Always".
App crashes or won't load - what should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app, ensure you have the latest version, restart your device, and check your internet connection. If issues persist, contact support with your device details.
